Precast Detailer (AutoCAD)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed AutoCAD shop drawings for precast and reinforced concrete components.
• Coordinate drawings for structural steel and concrete elements based on engineering specifications.
• Ensure accuracy of drawings for production and site installation of precast components.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience preparing shop drawings for precast building components.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting for structural steel and reinforced concrete.
• Experience detailing precast elements such as Staircases, Walls, Facades, Columns, Beams, Slabs/Planks, Lift Shafts, Prefabricated Bathroom Units (PBU), PPVC modules, etc.
