Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate Chinese language learning activities that stimulate children's development and curiosity
- Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive social and emotional growth
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement curriculum aligned with educational standards and tailored to children's developmental needs
- Communicate clearly and regularly with parents and caregivers to share updates on children's progress and wellbeing
- Pursue continuous professional development to enhance teaching skills and apply new knowledge effectively in the classroom
- Apply patience, creativity, and adaptability to address diverse learning styles and behavioural needs of young children
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and willingness to learn continuously
- Exhibit genuine enjoyment and commitment to working with children and supporting their early education
- Hold DPT or ACEY certification
