Job Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, needs, and expectations
- Make suitable recommendations based on client enquiries, financial situations, and long-term goals
- Assist in developing, reviewing, and refining financial plans in line with changes in clients life circumstances
- Support the ongoing review and optimisation of client portfolios to achieve appropriate financial outcomes
- Maintain and grow a sustainable pipeline of clients through effective management of both new and existing relationships
- Participate in structured training programmes, coaching sessions, and industry seminars to build professional knowledge and skills
- Work closely with mentors to support performance development and achieve career growth objectives
Job Requirements
