Pre-sales Solution Architect/KY-RTWQ

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with solid public cloud technical background, rich enterprise customer project experience, and strong customer communication skills. This role will act as a key technical interface between customers and internal teams, deeply understand enterprise customers business and technical needs, and provide architectural design, cloud migration, infrastructure optimization, and related solutions around AWS and other public cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

· Pre-sales solution design and technical leadership: Work closely with the sales team to advance key customers and complex projects; independently design and present public cloud solutions based on deep understanding of customer business and technical requirements.

· Cloud architecture design and optimization: Responsible for architecture planning, design, and optimization on AWS and multi-cloud environments, providing customers with secure, stable, scalable, and best-practice-aligned technical solutions.

· Cloud migration and complex project support: Design cloud migration and deployment architectures; lead or support large-scale, complex enterprise cloud migration, modernization, and infrastructure optimization projects.

· Technical consulting and troubleshooting: Serve as the main technical advisor for customers, solving critical technical issues during cloud adoption, migration, and operation; providing actionable technical recommendations.

· Major fault and architecture issue handling: Participate in major technical issue analysis, troubleshooting, and architecture optimization in complex cloud environments; drive problem closure and continuous improvement.

· Cross-team collaboration and technical support: Work closely with sales, product, operations, and technical teams to provide technical guidance and support for key customers, complex projects, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Required

· Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Networking, or related fields.

· 5+ years of IT infrastructure or cloud computing experience, including at least 3 years in AWS or mainstream public cloud environments.

· Solid AWS architecture design skills; familiar with VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, Load Balancing, databases, networking, and security core services.

· Hands-on experience in architecture design, deployment, operations, and troubleshooting of large or complex AWS environments.

· Proven cloud migration project experience; able to independently complete customer requirement analysis, architecture design, technical solutions, and migration planning.

· Familiar with Linux system administration, MySQL/Oracle databases, Shell scripting, and at least one programming language (Java or Python preferred).

· Familiar with Infrastructure as Code (IaC); hands-on experience with CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar automation tools.

· Strong customer communication, technical presentation, and problem-solving skills; able to conduct technical exchanges with customer technical leads and management.

· Strong self-motivation, sense of responsibility, and cross-team collaboration skills; able to independently drive complex technical projects.

· Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore without requiring company sponsorship.

Preferred

· AWS Solutions Architect Professional, SAA, or other mainstream cloud vendor advanced certifications.

· Experience in enterprise-level, multi-region, or multi-cloud architecture design.

· Experience in large-scale cloud migration, digital transformation, or cloud modernization projects.

· Experience in conducting technical workshops, solution demonstrations, or PoCs for enterprise customers.

· Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English for technical communication and documentation, with the ability to collaborate with Greater China region teams.
