About the Role

  • As the Marketing & PR Manager (B2B Payments), you will drive the brand presence, communication strategy, and industry positioning that shape how enterprise clients, partners, and the broader payments ecosystem perceive our products and innovations.
  • You will lead integrated B2B marketing campaigns, manage PR and media communications, strengthen our digital presence, and elevate our influence across payments, fintech, and enterprise technology communities.
  • This is a highvisibility role where you will influence brand perception, support business development, and amplify the impact of our B2B payment solutions across APAC.

What You Will Do

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and execute B2B marketing, PR, and communication strategies to grow brand awareness among enterprise clients, merchants, financial institutions, and partners across APAC.
  • Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with business and product positioning.
  • Produce high-quality thought leadership content, such as industry insights, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and enterprise product materials.

Digital & Social Presence

  • Manage the company's LinkedIn and corporate digital channels, creating compelling content tailored for B2B audiences in payments and fintech.
  • Strengthen digital visibility through SEOaligned content, newsletters, and targeted digital campaigns.

PR & Media Relations

  • Own external communications including press releases, corporate announcements, media outreach, and executive communications.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry media, journalists, analysts, and thought leaders.
  • Coordinate interviews, commentary opportunities, and PR initiatives that enhance DCS's corporate positioning.

Integrated Campaigns

  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns for product launches, major partnerships, enterprise events, and industry activations.
  • Partner with Product, Business Development, and Leadership to craft clear narratives that highlight our B2B payment platforms, capabilities, and industry impact.

Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement

  • Collaborate with ecosystem partners, merchant partners, associations, and fintech communities to run joint campaigns and co-branded initiatives.
  • Support sales enablement materials, pitch decks, and B2B collaterals that equip commercial teams to win enterprise clients.

Events & Industry Presence

  • Plan and execute marketing strategy for conferences, trade shows, panels, and partner events.
  • Ensure brand visibility and thought leadership at key payments and fintech industry gatherings.

Analytics & Performance

  • Track performance across PR, digital, and campaign activities to optimize engagement and brand KPIs.
  • Prepare reports and insights to improve ongoing marketing effectiveness.

What You Bring

Core Requirements

  • 4+ years in B2B marketing, PR, communications, or brand management, ideally in payments, fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong experience in PR strategy, corporate communications, and media relations.
  • Proven track record in B2B digital marketing, content development, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to translate complex payment concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally with Business Development, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Existing relationships with fintech, payments, or tech media in APAC.
  • Experience in enterprise product marketing, B2B lead generation, or partner marketing.
  • Familiarity with payments, card issuing, merchant acquiring, and digital payment flows.
  • Experience with event marketing, industry sponsorships, or partner ecosystems.
  • Basic understanding of design or familiarity with tools such as Figma or Canva.
