As the PR Manager, you'll be the storyteller-in-chief behind Tonik's public voiceowning our presence across top-tier media and making sure every launch, milestone, and message lands with impact. You'll design and execute data-smart PR strategies, calendars, and campaigns that amplify Tonik's brand and boost PR value.
Responsibilities
- Manages Tonik's presence in relevant media outlets
- Develops media strategies based on current industry trends and benchmarks that lead to increased PR values and media mileage for Tonik's news and product launches
- Creates and manages Tonik's PR calendar
- Manages the implementation of PR activities
- Develop and implement PR policies and procedures
- Manages media relations; represents the organization at press conferences, interviews, etc.
- Develops and implements organizational publicity strategies for company events
- Creates and manages a PR plan, including budget, timelines, etc.
- Works with the social media team to create a content calendar
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
- With at least 5 years of experience in Public Relations
- Proven track record of successful PR campaigns
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Superior customer relationship management skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- In-depth knowledge of industry best practices
