We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations (PR) Manager to manage brand image, marketing communications, and customer engagement for our hospitality and entertainment business. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning promotional campaigns, managing public relations activities, and enhancing brand visibility across digital and offline platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute public relations and marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness
Manage social media platforms, online presence, and promotional content
Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Liaise with media partners, influencers, and marketing agencies
Handle customer engagement, feedback, and brand communications
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve marketing strategies
Support event promotions, VIP guest relations, and brand positioning
Prepare marketing reports and performance analysis
Work closely with management to improve business exposure and customer reach
Requirements:
At least 1-2 years of experience in public relations, marketing, or communications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in social media marketing and content management
Creative mindset with good branding and promotional planning skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality or entertainment environment
Preferred Skills:
Digital marketing and social media management experience
Event planning and promotional campaign experience
Customer relations and brand management skills
Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting
