About the Role

We are seeking a visionary and charismatic Head of International Public Relations to lead the company's global brand reputation management and communications efforts. You will shape the public voice of the company, formulating and executing the global PR strategy, deeply engaging with international mainstream media and key stakeholders, and enhancing brand influence and reputation across diverse cultural markets. This is a crucial leadership position requiring exceptional communication skills, an international perspective, and strategic decision-making ability.

Key Responsibilities

Global PR Strategy Formulation and Execution

  • Formulate and drive the company's global brand PR strategy, plan the annual communication roadmap, and ensure its high alignment with the company's overall business objectives.

International Media Relations and Public Opinion Management

  • Establish and deeply maintain long-term, stable relationships with international mainstream media, top-tier industry journalists, opinion leaders, and think tanks.
  • Comprehensively monitor and analyze global public opinion dynamics, accurately assess potential risks and opportunities, and lead external messaging and public opinion guidance during major events.
  • Plan and spearhead overseas press releases, executive interviews, in-depth features, etc., continuously outputting high-quality brand content.

Global Brand Communication and Reputation Building

  • Lead the planning and execution of PR communications for global brand campaigns, major events, and high-end forums, enhancing the company's visibility and thought leadership on the international stage.
  • Responsible for the planning and review of core external materials such as important company announcements, executive speeches, and crisis statements, ensuring consistency and professionalism of information.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, ESG, and other departments to ensure unified cross-functional messaging and collectively shape a positive global corporate citizen image.

Team Management and Performance Improvement

  • Lead and develop a high-performing international PR team, optimize workflows, manage the external PR agency network, and ensure high-quality delivery of global projects.
  • Responsible for the planning and management of the global PR budget, maximizing resource return on investment.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 5-10 years of work experience in international public relations, corporate communications, or a related field, including at least 3 years in a team management role.
  • Exceptional English proficiency for skilled business negotiation, public speaking, PR writing, and cross-cultural communication.
  • Outstanding Presence and Demeanor: Possesses excellent professional conduct and personal charisma, capable of representing the company professionally and confidently at high-end business occasions and international media events.

Core Experience and Capabilities

  • Profound International Media Network: Proven successful experience in engaging with international mainstream and top-tier industry media such as BBC, Financial Times, Bloomberg, Reuters, WSJ, Forbes, TechCrunch, etc.
  • Mature Global Market Experience: Deep understanding of the media environment, cultural differences, and communication laws of at least two major markets, including North America, Europe, and Asia (including China), with successful project case studies.
  • Strategic Thinking and Excellent Execution: Ability to translate business objectives into actionable communication strategies and simultaneously advance multiple key projects in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional Communication and Crisis Management Skills: Possesses outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, and can calmly and appropriately handle global crisis PR events under high pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing global PR for leading brands in the technology, internet, or consumer electronics sectors.
  • International working experience or long-term overseas project collaboration is a plus.
  • Extensive participation in PR planning for top international industry events such as Davos, CES, and MWC.
