PowerPoint / Project Support Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organized Project Support Executive with strong presentation and documentation skills to support key transformation initiatives. This role involves working closely with technical and business stakeholders to create high-quality presentations and maintain accurate project documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Support project activities related to system upgrades and migration initiatives
  • Capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM) accurately and in a structured format
  • Document key discussions, action items, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather required inputs
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project updates

Required Skills

  • 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to structure information clearly for senior audiences
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting IT or technology-related projects
  • Exposure to banking or financial services environments
  • Familiarity with project documentation standards and reporting practices
