PowerPoint / Project Support Executive
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized Project Support Executive with strong presentation and documentation skills to support key transformation initiatives. This role involves working closely with technical and business stakeholders to create high-quality presentations and maintain accurate project documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, professional PowerPoint presentations for senior stakeholders
- Support project activities related to system upgrades and migration initiatives
- Capture Minutes of Meeting (MoM) accurately and in a structured format
- Document key discussions, action items, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with technical teams and business stakeholders to gather required inputs
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of project updates
Required Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or administrative support roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and MS Office tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to structure information clearly for senior audiences
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting IT or technology-related projects
- Exposure to banking or financial services environments
- Familiarity with project documentation standards and reporting practices
