Job Summary
Lead enterprise architecture and strategy for complex Power Platform implementations. Own environment topology, enforce standards, and advise leadership on roadmap adoption, risk, and organizational readiness across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise architecture strategy including tenant architecture, security boundaries, and multi-region deployment considerations to ensure scalable and secure Power Platform environments.
- Design high-availability solutions aligned with Power Platform Well-Architected pillars: Reliability, Security, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency, and Experience Optimization.
- Determine platform extensibility approaches by evaluating when to use low-code, custom code (PCF), or Azure-native services to optimize scalability and maintainability.
- Establish and enforce enterprise-wide Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards using pipelines and GitHub Actions to enable secure and maintainable deployments.
- Evaluate new Power Platform capabilities and preview features to advise leadership on adoption timing that drives business innovation.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business strategies and mentor teams on Power Platform best practices.
- Apply deep knowledge of tenant isolation, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and Azure AD B2B collaboration to secure cross-tenant integrations.
- Extend the Power Platform using JavaScript, C#, SQL, plugins, custom connectors, and Azure services to deliver full-stack solutions.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-600 and PL-400 are highly preferred for demonstrating expert-level proficiency.
