Power Platform Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Engineer to design, develop and implement enterprise automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The role will focus on Power Apps, Power Automate and Microsoft Copilot Studio, supporting process automation across Loans, KYC/AML and related operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Power Platform Development

• Design, develop and maintain scalable solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

• Build Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps to support business operations and process digitisation.

• Develop reusable components, connectors and integrations within the Power Platform ecosystem.

• Configure and develop solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.

• Ensure solutions comply with organisational security, governance and compliance standards.

• Support testing, troubleshooting, deployment and continuous improvement of Power Platform solutions.

Power Automate & Workflow Development

• Design and implement Power Automate flows to automate end-to-end business processes.

• Develop workflow orchestration for Loans, KYC/AML reviews, approvals, validations and operational handoffs.

• Integrate workflows with enterprise applications, databases, APIs and Microsoft 365 services.

• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise automation workflows for performance, scalability and reliability.

• Identify opportunities to improve existing manual and automated processes.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of relevant experience in application development, workflow automation or related technology roles.

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Experience developing both Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.

• Strong experience designing and implementing complex Power Automate workflows.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including designing and configuring agents.

• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with APIs, databases, Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications.

• Understanding of Power Platform security, governance and environment management.

• Experience working on banking or financial-services processes such as Loans, KYC or AML will be advantageous.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication skills and ability to work with business and technical stakeholders.
