About the Role
We are seeking an Expert-LevelPower Platform Developer to lead the architecture and strategy for high-complexity implementations. This is not just a development roleit is a position for a thought leader who will own the enterprise architecture, define environment topology, and enforce standards across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
You will act as the bridge between low-code agility and pro-code extensibility, advising leadership on roadmap adoption, risk management, and organizational readiness. If you know when to use Power Platform, when to use PCF (Power Apps Component Framework), and when to integrate with Azure-native services, this role is for you.
What You'll Do
- Platform Strategy & Architecture: Own the enterprise architecture strategy, including tenant architecture, security boundaries, and multi-region considerations.
- Reference Design: Lead the design of high-availability solutions spanning the full Power Platform stack, ensuring alignment with the Power Platform Well-Architected pillars (Reliability, Security, Operational Excellence, Performance Efficiency, and Experience Optimization).
- Extensibility & Standards: Drive decisions on platform extensibilitydetermining when to utilize low-code, custom code (PCF), or full Azure-native services for optimal scalability.
- Governance & ALM: Establish and enforce enterprise-wide standards for Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) , utilizing pipelines and GitHub Actions to ensure secure, maintainable deployments.
- Innovation: Evaluate new Power Platform capabilities and preview features, advising leadership on adoption timing to drive business innovation.
What You Bring
- Expert-Level Experience: Proven track record in Power Platform architecture, including Dynamics 365 (Dataverse) , Power Pages, and Copilot Studio.
- Security & Governance: Deep understanding of tenant isolation, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and Azure AD B2B collaboration for secure cross-tenant integrations.
- Full Stack Mindset: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, C#, and SQL, with experience extending the platform via plugins, custom connectors, and Azure services.
- Strategic Leadership: Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into actionable business strategies and mentor teams on best practices.
- Certifications: Microsoft Power Platform certifications (e.g., PL-600, PL-400) are highly preferred.
