As part of the continued growth, our client is expanding the Power Platform practice and hiring experienced developers at the senior to principal level.This role goes beyond development-you will play a key role in defining enterprise platform strategy, setting architectural direction, and delivering high-impact solutions at scale. You'll also act as a trusted advisor to leadership, driving adoption and shaping long-term technology decisions.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Own and define the enterprise Power Platform architecture and roadmap
- Design and deliver scalable solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio. Build robust applications using Dataverse, Azure integrations, and modern development frameworks
- Develop advanced solutions leveraging PCF, Code Apps, and pro-code extensions (React/Vue)
- Establish and drive governance frameworks including CoE, ALM, DLP, and licensing strategies
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, mission-critical initiatives
- Mentor and upskill development teams, fostering a strong engineering culture
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into strategic digital solutions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience within the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem
- Strong background in enterprise solution architecture and large-scale delivery
- Expertise in both low-code and pro-code development (e.g., React, TypeScript, Azure)
- Proven experience in governance, CoE implementation, and platform strategy
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
