Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and hands-on Power Platform Application Developer to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in developing and supporting applications using the Microsoft Power Platform, with a focus on Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Automate Desktop (RPA).

You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop innovative business solutions, enhance existing applications, and contribute to digital transformation initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with the latest Microsoft technologies, including Copilot Studio, with on-the-job training provided.

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
• Strong experience in:
• Microsoft Power Apps
• Power Automate (Cloud Flows)
• Power Automate Desktop (RPA)
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
• Experience with REST APIs or other application integrations is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to understand business requirements and independently deliver technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Develop new Power Apps solutions based on business requirements.
• Enhance, troubleshoot, and support existing Power Platform applications.
• Design and implement Power Automate Cloud Flows to automate business processes.
• Develop and support Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions.
• Collaborate with business users to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other enterprise applications.
• Participate in testing, deployment, and post-production support.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and innovation.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform features and best practices.

Good to Have

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Experience with AI-powered solutions or intelligent agents.
• Microsoft Teams integration experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform governance and best practices
