Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of low-code/no-code applications.
  • Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues in production environments.
  • Design, develop, and maintain applications and automations using Microsoft Power Platform – including Power Apps, Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop flows), Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Build responsive canvas and model-driven apps, integrating with Microsoft 365 and third-party systems to streamline end-to-end processes.
  • Configure and maintain integrations via APIs and RPA to support end-to-end business process automation, including authentication and error-handling.
  • Implement secure development practices and manage user access controls in line with IT security, data privacy, and governance policies.
  • Assist in gathering, documenting, and validating business and technical requirements; maintain traceability from requirements through to delivered features.
  • Support delivery of small-scale digital transformation projects and enhancement requests, coordinating with stakeholders for acceptance and rollout.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders, validate requirements iteratively, and manage acceptance criteria for releases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and align digital initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Participate in peer code reviews, solution design walkthroughs, and team knowledge-sharing sessions to promote best practices.
  • Develop and maintain user manuals, SOPs, and deliver structured user training sessions for new or updated applications.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing digital solutions and incorporating user feedback.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to identify innovative tools and practices that can enhance business processes.
  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to test and validate new digital solutions before full-scale implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and align digital initiatives with strategic business goals.
  • Drive digital adoption through community engagement and foster a strong citizen developer culture.
  • Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure solutions remain modern, scalable, and competitive.

Minimum Education / Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent

Minimum Years Of Relevant Experience

2 years experience in developing SharePoint and low-code applications and managing workflow tools

Knowledge / Skills

  • Experience in Office 365 apps, Microsoft Power Platform, SPFx, RPA, and/or workflow tools (e.g., Nintex, Workato, etc.)
  • Experience in software development and programming
  • Experience in UI/UX design will be an advantage
  • Experience in project management
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management
  • Awareness of IT security principles and data privacy standards.
  • Strong planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work and deliver under a tight timeline
  • Excellent communication and written skills
