Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day application support (BAU) for PowerBuilder-based systems to ensure smooth business operations
- Perform production support and incident resolution, including troubleshooting application and system issues
- Analyze root causes and implement permanent fixes for recurring issues
- Enhance and maintain PowerBuilder UI components to improve usability and performance
- Manage and implement change requests, including impact analysis, development, testing, and deployment
- Collaborate with business users and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and system design updates
- Ensure timely resolution of issues while adhering to SLA and support processes
- Support system testing, UAT, and production releases
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in PowerBuilder development
- Strong expertise in PowerBuilder UI design and enhancement
- Experience with production troubleshooting and incident resolution
- Knowledge of change request management processes
- Proficiency in technical documentation and process flow creation
