Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
- Transform complex datasets into meaningful visual insights
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand and translate requirements
- Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability
- Implement data security measures including RLS
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain Power BI solutions
- Integrate Power BI with Oracle, Excel, and other data sources
- Support endusers and conduct training where required
- Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and best practices
- Document dashboards, processes, and data flows
About the Role
Primary Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of handson experience with Power BI, DAX, and Power Query
- Strong knowledge of data modeling (star schema, fact/dimension tables)
- Experience integrating Power BI with Oracle, Excel, and other sources
- Ability to manage multiple parallel projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
- Domain knowledge in insurance functions (underwriting, claims, actuarial, finance)
- Experience with reinsurance analytics is a strong advantage
