- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Transform raw data into meaningful insights using Power BI and DAX.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Optimize Power BI datasets, models, and reports for performance and scalability.
- Implement appropriate data security, governance, and access controls.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of BI solutions.
- Integrate Power BI with various enterprise data sources and systems.
- Provide training and user support for Power BI tools and solutions.
- Stay current with the latest Power BI features, enhancements, and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of BI processes, models, and solutions.
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands on experience with Power BI, including strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and visualization best practices.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, and database management concepts.
- Experience integrating Power BI with multiple data sources, including Oracle, Excel, and other enterprise systems.
- Domain knowledge in insurance, particularly in underwriting, claims, actuarial, and finance functions.
