Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining our business processes by designing, developing, and implementing automated workflows and custom applications using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Automation: Design, build, and deploy automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate, including both Cloud flows and Desktop flows (RPA).

  • Application Development: Develop and maintain custom business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven apps).

  • Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand manual processes and translate them into efficient, automated technical solutions.

  • Integration & Testing: Connect Power Platform solutions to various data sources, Microsoft 365 services, and third-party APIs. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting prior to deployment.

  • Maintenance & Support: Monitor existing workflows, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing technical support and documentation for end-users.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in software development, process automation, or IT.

  • Technical Expertise: Hands-on, proven experience building solutions with Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and Power Apps.

  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, standard/premium connectors, and Microsoft Dataverse.

  • Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills with a knack for optimizing complex business processes.

  • Work Style: Self-starter with strong communication skills, capable of working effectively both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
