Key Responsibilities

Manage post-sales activities for cybersecurity or network performance monitoring products
Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels
Perform on-site implementation tasks, including testing, deployment, and documentation
Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct research to resolve customer concerns
Standby for 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively with relevant stakeholders
