Presales Consultant (Security)

Responsibilities:

• Provide presales technical support for cybersecurity products, including demonstrations and proof-of-concept setups for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and position solutions that align with customer IT/Security requirements.
• Engage in solution selling and work with vendors on business proposals, RFI/RFP design, compliance, and clarifications.
• Conduct lab tests to validate setups and deployments while staying updated on competitive solutions and products.
• Deliver training for partners and internal teams, provide product updates, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree /Diploma in a relevant field and at least 1 year of pre-sales experience in the enterprise or government sector.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity with proficiency in Internet architecture, network infrastructure, SDNs, network performance tools, UNIX, Windows, VMware, and security solutions. Capable of delivering product demos and presentations.
• Knowledge on NDR product such as Extrahop, Corelight, Darktrace
