Post Site Manager

Job Description:

• Oversee and manage daily construction site operations to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervise site supervisors, engineers, subcontractors, and workers to ensure work is carried out according to project specifications and drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, clients, and subcontractors on construction activities and project requirements.
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment, material usage, and work schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure all construction works comply with Singapore building regulations, workplace safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality, identify issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Manage site documentation, progress reports, method statements, risk assessments, and other project-related records.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and technical problems efficiently.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, workplace safety, and environmental practices are maintained throughout the construction site.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience in building construction and site management.
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of Singapore construction practices, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Able to manage multiple site activities and work under project deadlines.
