Description of Key Job Duties

Customer Warranty & Case Management (APAC)

  • Manage customer complaints and warranty cases across the APAC region.
  • Handle warranty cases through the CSP (Customer Service Portal).
  • Coordinate daily with the call center on customer inquiries, including shipping status, warranty claims, and general post-sales support.
  • Maintain daily communication with customers via email and phone, and provide support to country sales managers.

APAC Regional Technical Support

  • Provide on-site technical support for regional projects, including (but not limited to) inspections, troubleshooting, and warranty support for large-scale installations.

Headquarters Coordination (Trina HQ)

  • Act as the primary liaison between APAC customers and Trina's internal teams.
  • Report warranty-related matters to the HQ Warranty Service Manager.
  • Coordinate warranty cases with the HQ Warranty Supervisor.
  • Maintain daily communication with HQ; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Complete other tasks and assignments as arranged by the company and management.

Skills Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree or above,with at least 2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Experience managing 3PL or supplier portal systems and online data-sharing platforms.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills, with experience supporting APAC customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in business email writing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese counterparties.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, and the ability to think independently and solve problems.
  • High level of patience and a consistently positive, professional working attitude.
  • Willingness to travel irregularly as required.
