Post-Sales Network & Security Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement, configure and maintain network and security solutions at customer sites

• Deploy and manage firewalls, VPN, EDR and other security solutions

• Perform network/security migration, upgrades and troubleshooting

• Provide post-sales technical support and resolve customer incidents

• Conduct system health checks, security assessments and configuration reviews

• Liaise with customers, vendors and distributors for technical support and escalation

• Prepare technical documentation, network diagrams and implementation plans

• Support POC, UAT, deployment and project handover activities

• Conduct customer knowledge-transfer and technical training when required

• Provide standby/after-hours support for critical project activities when required

Requirements:

• Experience with Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba, Microsoft Security or CrowdStrike is an advantage

• Hands-on experience with firewall deployment, configuration and troubleshooting
