Post-Sales Engineer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Post-Sales Engineer to join their growing team. The successful candidate will have 1-3 years of experience deploying Palo Alto Networks solutions and must hold a valid PCNSA certification. This role focuses on delivering successful implementations, providing technical support, and ensuring seamless client experience post-deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and integrate Palo Alto Networks products in client environments.
• Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with pre-sales and project teams to ensure smooth handover from design to implementation.
• Conduct client training, knowledge transfer, and documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Palo Alto features, updates, and best practices.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience deploying Palo Alto solutions.
• Valid PCNSA certification (required).
• Knowledge of firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network security principles.

Preferred Skills

• PCNSE or other advanced Palo Alto certifications.
• Exposure to other security vendors (Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point).
