- Deliver post-sales implementation and support for cybersecurity and network performance monitoring solutions across local and regional projects.
- Perform on-site deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide technical support and incident resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Participate in 247 standby and maintenance support as required.
- Communicate technical issues clearly and professionally to customers and internal teams.
Requirements
- CCNA or CCSA certification.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At 1 year of relevant experience in IT, cybersecurity, or network support roles.
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including routing and switching.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills able to work independently and in a team, with willingness to learn and support extended hours/standby duties.
