Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Post Production & AI Video Supervisor to lead our post-production team. This role blends traditional video editing and post-production tasks (80%) with emerging AI technologies (20%) to advance our video production capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in post-production processes and a strong interest in integrating AI into video workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee post-production processes for video projects ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Lead the collaboration between editing teams, sound designers, and visual effects artists to assemble and perfect video content.
- Implement and maintain AI technologies to streamline the post-production workflow and enhance creative outputs.
- Develop workflows and guide team members in the use of AI tools, for example Veo3, Higgsfield, and ComfyUI for video generation.
- Collaborate with directors, producers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals and expectations are met.
- Perform quality control checks on video content across multiple formats and platforms.
- Keep up-to-date with industry advancements in AI and video post-production.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in video post-production.
- Proven experience in leading a production team and managing projects.
- Familiarity with video generation tools such as Veo3, Higgsfield, or ComfyUI.
- Proficiency in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve.
- Knowledge of AI tools in DaVinci
- Good knowledge of prompting and image generation techniques.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines.
Preferred Skills:
- Highly skilled in storytelling, editing, and coloring.
- Some experience in motion graphics, video generation, and image generation.
- Proficiency in image generation and prompting.
