Key Responsibilities:-
. To maintain documentations of projects.
. To prepare quotation for projects.
. To work out and monitor cost on each project.
. To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for each project.
. To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the contract's VO claim.
. To liaise with clients/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
. To process monthly progress claim and final claim.
Requirements:
. Minimum Diploma in any Discipline
. Preferably have experience in the role of Quality Surveyor
. Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
. Able to work independently, Self-Motivated & Team Player
. Keen learner and able to adapt in fast pace environment
. Good interpersonal and communication skills
