Job description

. Primary focus of sales acquisition is to make outbound calls to existingcustomers through leads given to acquire new unsecured loans sales.

. Achievement of Daily / Weekly / Monthly Sales Targets.

. Possess a sales-focused attitude with a willingness to servicecustomers.

. Ability to recommend and persuade customers with regards tounsecured retail banking products.

. To follow up on income documents and any other relevantdocuments required for application submission.

. 5 days work week, Over-Time applicable whenever required byManagement.

Job Requirements

. Minimum 21 years of age and relevant sales experience preferred.

. Energetic and proactive personality.

. Good Communication Skills.

. Highly Motivated to have a career in Banking Sales.

. Minimum N-Level holders and above.

. Highly Sales driven to achieve Sales Targets and able towork in fast paced environment.

. Preferred Age Group: 21 - 39 years old.

. Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work independently in a team-orientedenvironment
