We are seeking a driven and outgoing Customer Acquisition Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and acquire new customers for credit cards and personal loan products through roadshows, events, and face-to-face marketing activities.
This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, sales-oriented, and enjoy engaging with people in a fast-paced environment.
Promote credit card and loan products through roadshows, booths, and outdoor events.
Approach and engage potential customers professionally to introduce products and benefits.
Acquire new customer applications and achieve monthly sales targets.
Explain product features, eligibility criteria, promotions, and application processes clearly.
Assist customers with application submissions and ensure all required documents are complete.
Build rapport with customers and deliver excellent customer service.
Follow compliance guidelines and company policies during sales activities.
Minimum GCE N / O Level / Diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in sales, roadshows, banking products, telemarketing, or direct sales will be an advantage.
Sales-driven with a positive and resilient attitude.
Comfortable working in roadshows, malls, and event-based environments.
Able to work weekends and retail hours when required.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Outgoing and confident personality.
Passion for sales and customer engagement.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
