Manage the existing APAC real estate loan portfolio and act as the primary liaison between the Singapore office and their headquarters. You will oversee post-origination matters, allowing the origination team to focus on new business.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio Oversight: Lead day-to-day monitoring of loans, including covenant analysis, rent rolls, valuations, and financial statement reviews.
- Credit Liaison: Partner with credit management in Germany to process amendments, waivers, and monthly performance reports.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify and escalate credit issues, working closely with stakeholders to resolve them.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct APAC market research and provide analytical support (cash flow analysis/property overviews) to the origination team as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years in real estate finance hotel sector experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and proactive initiative.
- Communication: Exceptional English proficiency and the ability to manage cross-cultural stakeholder relationships (APAC/Europe).
