About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Card Product & Portfolio Manager to drive the growth, performance, and evolution of a commercial payments portfolio. This role combines product management, portfolio analytics, customer experience improvement, and business growth initiatives.

You will work closely with stakeholders across business, technology, operations, marketing, risk, and finance teams to enhance product offerings, improve customer engagement, and deliver sustainable portfolio growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive the growth and performance of a commercial card portfolio by improving customer acquisition, card usage, retention, and overall profitability.
• Develop and enhance card products, features, and digital capabilities that deliver value to business customers.
• Analyze portfolio performance and customer insights to identify opportunities and recommend growth strategies.
• Partner with sales, marketing, technology, operations, finance, and risk teams to deliver new initiatives and product enhancements.
• Improve the customer journey from onboarding through ongoing card usage, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage key partnerships and help optimize pricing, benefits, and value-added services to strengthen the overall proposition.

Ideal Background

• Experience in commercial cards, corporate payments, business banking products, or financial services portfolio management.
• Strong background in product management, portfolio analytics, customer engagement, and business growth initiatives.
• Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and translate data-driven insights into measurable business outcomes.
