This role oversees the entire solution lifecycle, from requirement gathering and demand analysis to solution design and support. The ideal candidate combines strong domain expertise in banking with a solid understanding of emerging technologies.
Job Responsibilities
Business Requirements Management Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business units to gather, validate, and clarify requirements. Conduct requirement walkthroughs with technology teams and drive solutioning for new projects and system enhancements. Demand Management Engage with business teams to finalize and prioritize demands. Coordinate solution proposals and effort estimations in alignment with business priorities. Solution Design Translate complex business needs into clear, detailed functional specifications and system designs. Assess solution feasibility from both business and technical perspectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with product owners, IT architects, developers, and QA teams. Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards, security requirements, and technical feasibility.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum 5 years as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within banking or financial services. * Strong understanding of banking processes and financial products (e.g., digital channels, payments, loans, cards). * Experience with core banking systems such as SIBS and SICS. * Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Excel. * Familiarity with Agile SDLC methodologies. * Understanding of API integrations and system architecture. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and effective at time management. * Proven ability to collaborate in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.
