Ensure that each guest experiences a memorable stay from arrival, during the stay, through to departure, in line with hotel policies and procedures during the assigned shift.
Provide a personalised guest service
To ensure all guests luggage and belongings are delivered efficiently & in perfect condition
Perform luggage deliveries and collections for guests promptly
Provide a friendly and hospitable welcome to our guests upon arrival and a fond farewell upon departure
To ensure the Hotel lobby and outer hotel areas are maintained at all times
Greet guests and assist with directions and other enquiries
Attend to guests enquiries on tourist and related information
Engage with guests and enhance the service based on their feedback
Ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a professional and timely manner
Direct vehicular flow at driveways and assists guests in and out of vehicles
Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of the luggage rooms and trolleys
To be aware of health & safety practices, hotel security for both guests and staff
To assist in predicting, planning and resolving any mishaps, to ensure a 5 star experience is had by all guests.
Identify and report suspicious characters, activities and items to safeguard property security
Any other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned
