Job Description

Your main duty is to assist in the overall billing and payment process, which includes data entry, tallying/consolidation across documents, verification on operations details with system or with operations personnels / customers / vendors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Track, record and validate costs incurred and payment to suppliers
  • Track, record and validate and arrange for billing and invoicing to customers
  • Day-to-Day administrative/documentation support

Requirements:

  • Nitec or O Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Willing to work on a 5.5 days work schedule
