Porsche Automotive Parts Distribution Specialist

As we expand our international Porsche parts supply chain, we are looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Distribution Specialist to join our growing team.

This role is strictly for candidates with proven hands-on experience in automotive parts ordering and distribution. You must understand how parts are identified, sourced, cross-checked, ordered, and delivered-preferably within a Porsche or high-end European automotive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle Porsche parts ordering for workshops and international supply

• Accurately identify and cross-check part numbers, compatibility, and specifications

• Manage supplier communication, pricing negotiations, lead times, and logistics coordination

• Support workshop operations with timely and accurate parts sourcing

• Coordinate with international suppliers and partners as we scale regionally

• Ensure high accuracy and reliability in delivery timelines and documentation

Requirements (Experience is a MUST)

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field

• Proven experience in automotive parts supply, parts ordering, or workshop parts operations is mandatory

• Porsche parts experience is strongly preferred (high-end European brands also considered)

• Solid understanding of automotive parts supply chains and logistics

• Highly detail-oriented, fast learner, and capable of working independently

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, dynamic environment

• International exposure or mindset is a strong advantage
