A growing financial services organization is looking for an experienced Policy Servicing Manager to support the endtoend servicing of life insurance policies and deliver a high standard of client care across postsales operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daytoday life insurance policy servicing requests within established guidelines and authority limits
- Handle a wide variety of aftersales requests
- Prepare and review policy statements, inforce illustrations, and service reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure all client data and records are properly maintained in internal systems, meeting documentation and compliance standards
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and adhoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in life insurance policy administration or servicing
- Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact positively and professionally at all levels
