Policy Servicing Consultant, Singapore HNW Insurance & Wealth Solutions

About the Role
The client is seeking a proactive Policy Servicing Consultant to deliver exceptional post-sales support for High-Net-Worth (HNW) insurance clients.
 
Key Accountabilities

• Manage end-to-end servicing of HNW insurance policies and respond to client, private banker, and insurer enquiries.
• Conduct annual policy reviews and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Prepare client review packs, servicing reports, and policy documentation.
• Coordinate with trustees, private banks, and insurers on offshore insurance structures.
• Support client due diligence, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on servicing requests.
• Build strong relationships with clients and business partners while delivering a high standard of service.

 
Key Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 3–4 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or policy administration within insurance or financial services.
• Knowledge of HNW insurance, trusts, and corporate structures is preferred.
• Familiarity with KYC, AML, FATCA, and CRS requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to support a multilingual client base.
