About the Role
The client is seeking a proactive
Policy Servicing Consultant to deliver exceptional post-sales support for High-Net-Worth (HNW) insurance clients.
Key Accountabilities
- Manage end-to-end servicing of HNW insurance policies and respond to client, private banker, and insurer enquiries.
- Conduct annual policy reviews and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare client review packs, servicing reports, and policy documentation.
- Coordinate with trustees, private banks, and insurers on offshore insurance structures.
- Support client due diligence, KYC, AML, FATCA, CRS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-up on servicing requests.
- Build strong relationships with clients and business partners while delivering a high standard of service.
Key Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3–4 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or policy administration within insurance or financial services.
- Knowledge of HNW insurance, trusts, and corporate structures is preferred.
- Familiarity with KYC, AML, FATCA, and CRS requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is preferred to support a multilingual client base.
