Support policy fulfilment for all classes of Commercial lines policies.
The Job
- Assist in processing all classes of Commercial lines policies
- Manage processing portfolio to ensure policy fulfilment within stipulated turnaround time.
- Ensure policy documentation accuracy and compliance of SOPs and guidelines.
- Support new business models and workflows.
- Participation in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) when required.
- Support ad hoc duties and activities when required.
- Takes accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
- Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
- Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
- Diploma holder
- Possess BCP and ComGI certifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in processing Commercial lines policies is preferred
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e. Word and Excel)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Experience in UAT is an advantage
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
