Policy Manager, LIVE SME Team Lead, Trust & Safety

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in policy, trust & safety, risk, or related fields.
• 2+ years people management experience, with a track record of developing team talent.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Proven ability to analyze complex issues, write policy, and translate them into operational guidance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for executive audiences and/or external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on or with LIVE streaming products or content moderation systems
• Deep understanding of global policy issues such as misinformation, election integrity, youth safety, or regulated goods
• Experience in policy implementation or enforcement at a technology platform
• Strong project management skills and comfort navigating ambiguity in rapidly evolving policy areas
• Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
• Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
