Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Maintain an efficient management cadence for accountability and decision-making.
Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams for P&L and KPI oversight.
Identify and communicate opportunities and risks to business leaders
Work with Data Analytics teams to understand the business and generate strategic insights.
Develop action plans to drive growth in core and new business areas.
Create regular reports for senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct competitive research.
Develop and drive competitive strategies.
Partner with internal stakeholders to improve organizational design.
Optimize internal processes to support growth.
Lead task forces and manage high-impact, high-priority projects.

Requirements

Experience in finance, strategy, consulting or similar analytical roles.
Strong commercial and operational acumen as well as critical problem solving skills.
Ability to build strong cross functional relationships - communications and engaging with internal stakeholders of various levels is key.
Project and change management experience.
Experience in and understanding of financial and blockchain trading business a plus.
MBA, BA, or BS from top university.
