Responsibilities
PEOPLE
. Maintain Perm, Temp and Vendor resource inventory.
. Ensure staff reflected correctly in MOS/Systems.
. Help the program manager in monthly task allocation and performance review/appraisal.
. Track Temp and Vendor expiry and renewals.
. Track On-boarding / Off boarding etc.
. Time-sheet assignment.
PROCUREMENT
. Track Memos, SOW, Procurement records.
. Track and ensure timely invoice submission & any correction request from client.
. Purchase Order (PO) Tracking & Cost Management.
. Track Vendor payment.
. Filling contract documents.
ADHOC REQUESTS
. Coordinate info collection and submission (e.g. seating forecast, aging vendor payment, Analytics, Budgeting, Performance Management, etc.)
. Data Analysis and Reporting to Program Manager on an as needed basis
. Customize company sales deck and presentations as required
Skills/Requirement
. Degree Holder from an accredited institution.
. A friendly demeanor and ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Microsoft Excel).
. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
. Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines.
. Ability to learn and adapt towards procedural changes.
