Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the Retail Change Management (RCM) team in the preparation and submission of Change Requests (CRs).
  • Review and validate Change Requests to ensure compliance with System Development Methodology (SDM) governance standards.
  • Monitor Change Request capacity against quarterly release budgets and support effective release planning.
  • Track and report Change Request progress to ensure timely delivery in line with business timelines and release schedules.
  • Facilitate Delivery Steering Committee meetings across regional markets, providing project updates and driving stakeholder alignment.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to manage the end-to-end Change Request lifecycle, ensuring an accurate and up-to-date CR backlog.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify delivery risks, define mitigation plans, and ensure successful execution of change initiatives.
  • Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the change management process.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 7–9 years of relevant experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • At least 5–7 years of experience in business and IT, with strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Retail Banking products and services, including Cards, Deposits, and Secured Loans.
  • Strong understanding of change management, project delivery, and SDM governance processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into practical technology solutions while working closely with business users and technical SMEs.
  • Good understanding of consumer banking operations, products, and supporting business functions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills in a matrix environment.
  • Proficient in managing multiple priorities, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring successful delivery of business initiatives.
