Description

We are seeking a motivated PMO/Project Admin to support our project management office in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will assist in project administration tasks, manage staff onboarding and offboarding processes, and help ensure project success through effective coordination and communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in project administration and management tasks
• Support staff onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires
• Manage offboarding procedures, ensuring all necessary documentation and exit interviews are completed
• Maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and progress reports
• Coordinate project meetings and prepare meeting agendas and minutes
• Assist in tracking project milestones and deliverables
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met
• Provide administrative support to the PMO team as needed

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in project administration or a related role
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with HR processes related to onboarding and offboarding
• Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies
