Job Description

Responsibilities

Project Management Office (PMO) Support

. Assist in project planning, scheduling, progress tracking, and maintaining project documentation.

. Support governance processes including preparing meeting materials, updating trackers, maintaining RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions).

. Coordinate with cross functional teams (Design, Construction, Procurement, Commercial, etc) to gather updates and align project milestones.

. Ensure compliance with PMO standards, templates, and reporting cadence.

Data Analysis & Reporting

. Collect, analyze, and interpret project and operational data to support decision making.

. Develop automated or semi automated dashboards (Power BI / Excel / other tools).

. Track key KPIs such as cost, schedule progress, procurement status, and risk indicators.

. Prepare data summaries and insights for management reviews.

Stakeholder Communication & Presentation

. Create professional PowerPoint presentations for internal reviews and leadership updates.

. Assist in drafting executive summaries, status reports, and project highlight documents.

. Maintain organized project documentation for audits and governance cycles.

Support for Data Centre Programs

. Gain understanding of data centre construction lifecycle (design → procurement → build → commissioning → handover).

. Support PMs in monitoring progress against RFS (Ready For Service) and milestone targets.

. Assist in coordinating site activities and vendor interactions if required.

Vendor & Contract Support

. Provide coordination and administrative support for the consolidation of MCE frameworks across the supply chain, working with Regional Procurement Managers and Legal teams.

. Support contract execution via e sign or wet signature where required.

. Continue supporting PO issuance and supplier onboarding within APAC, and replicate processes across other regions where needed.

. Build and maintain a cashflow/billing schedule in Anaplan based on POs, project schedules, and supplier milestone payments present to project teams as required.

. Support risk management activities and delivery tracking.

. Assist with process improvement initiatives and ad hoc requests.

Skills/Requirement

. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business, IT, or related fields.

. Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall preferred Agile is a bonus).

. Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and familiarity with dashboard/reporting tools (Power BI preferred).

. Ability to analyze datasets and derive insights for reporting.

. Good communication and documentation skills.

. Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to work in a structured environment.

Preferred Qualifications

. Experience in Data Centre, construction, MEP, electrical engineering, or related technical sectors.

. Exposure to project environments involving procurement, scheduling, or technical engineering teams.

. Familiarity with PMO tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Anaplan, SharePoint).

. Basic understanding of data centre systems (power, cooling, network, MEP) is a plus.
