Establish, review, and refine program governance structures, frameworks, and objectives
Develop and maintain SteerCo Master Deck, consolidating program objectives, governance, and implementation plans
Track and monitor program deliverables, milestones, and timelines
Define and maintain reporting standards, KPIs, and success metrics
Manage and track interdependencies across multiple workstreams
Own and maintain RAID log (Risks, Issues, Assumptions, Dependencies) for effective tracking and reporting
Drive day-to-day program coordination with cross-functional teams
Support program reviews, governance meetings, and follow-up actions
Manage PMO documentation repository / shared folders for streamlined collaboration
Support ad-hoc reporting and governance requirements
Integrated Program Plan & Roadmap
Milestones and Deliverables tracking
Program interdependencies mapping
PMO Master Deck and governance documentation
Weekly / Bi-weekly / Monthly Program Review Decks
RAID log and Project Tracking Reports
Stakeholder reporting and updates
Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to influence without authority
Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
