About the Role
As PMO Leader you will oversee the planning, governance, and end-to-end delivery of the company's global technology initiatives and strategic projects. You will partner closely with the technology leadership to drive operational excellence, strengthen cross-functional alignment, and ensure technology projects and portfolios deliver measurable business outcomes.
You will build and scale the technology PMO function, standardize governance and delivery processes, and enable efficient execution across the entire technology organization. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional project governance experience, and the ability to lead complex, cross-regional initiatives in a fast‑paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the governance, planning, execution, and delivery of the company's global technology project portfolio, ensuring alignment with corporate and technology strategy.
- Establish, scale, and lead the Technology PMO function, developing standardized processes, governance frameworks, policies, and tools to improve delivery efficiency, transparency, and quality.
- Act as a key partner to the technology leadership, providing visibility, reporting, and insights on project health, risks, and resource allocation.
- Drive cross-departmental and cross-regional collaboration across business, technology, operations, and compliance functions to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery of critical initiatives.
- Oversee project and portfolio risk management, issue escalation, and mitigation strategies for large, complex technology programs.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing PMO team, establishing delivery standards and driving continuous improvement across the technology organization.
- Support the CTO in strategic planning, operational governance, and leadership alignment for the global technology function.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related fields.
- 10+ years of overall technology project, program, or PMO leadership experience, with a successful track record delivering large-scale, complex initiatives in fintech, financial services, or internet businesses.
- Strong understanding of technology delivery lifecycles and enterprise project governance; able to translate business priorities into actionable technology roadmaps and project plans.
- Demonstrated experience building and leading PMO functions, implementing governance frameworks, and improving delivery at scale.
- Excellent cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills; ability to operate effectively in a global, matrixed, high-pressure environment.
- Strong strategic mindset, analytical rigor, and proven ability to drive execution and accountability across teams and regions.
