PMO Lead working in Data Office

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Review and refine governance structure and objectives
• Update SteerCo Master deck which consolidates information relating to objectives and governance, including implementation plan of each program
• Monitor program deliverables and milestones
• Maintain reporting standards and success metrics
• Maintain oversight of dependencies across workstreams
• Maintain and manage Risks-Issues-Assumptions-Dependencies log as part of tracking and reporting
• Manage day-to-day project activities through collaboration with project teams
• Support preparation of PMO's program review and relevant action items
• Manage shared folder of PMO which facilitates coordination with various workstreams
• Support reporting requirements for PMO when required from time to time
