PMO Lead, Southeast Asia (HVAC)

The Strategy Manager will support key strategic initiatives across Southeast Asia, partnering closely with business leaders, finance, sales, operations, and functional teams. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on project management to drive business growth, operational excellence, and organizational transformation.

The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions, and a passion for turning ideas into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Business Analysis

• Support the development and execution of Southeast Asia growth strategies
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities
• Analyze business performance, industry trends, and emerging market developments.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
• Support annual strategic planning and long-range business planning processes

Project & Program Management

• Lead cross-functional strategic projects from inception through implementation
• Establish project plans, milestones, governance structures, and tracking mechanisms
• Coordinate stakeholders across countries and functions to ensure timely execution
• Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and remove obstacles to project success
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to leadership teams

Business Transformation & Continuous Improvement

• Support initiatives related to commercial excellence, operational efficiency, digital transformation, and organizational effectiveness
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with business leaders to define priorities and actions
• Drive accountability for strategic initiative execution and performance tracking
• Develop KPIs and dashboards to measure project outcomes and business impact

Stakeholder Management

• Build strong relationships across Southeast Asia leadership teams
• Collaborate with country leaders, sales, service, operations, finance, HR, and marketing functions
• Effectively communicate complex concepts into clear business recommendations
• Influence decision-making through data-driven insights and structured problem solving

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in strategy, management consulting, project management, business transformation, corporate development, or a related field
• Strong analytical and financial modeling capabilities
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholders
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow

Preferred candidate:

• Experience with a top-tier consulting firm, corporate strategy team, or management trainee program.
• Exposure to Southeast Asian markets.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and change management practices.
