Support PMO activities for banking projects with strong focus on invoicing, billing control, and financial tracking.
Manage invoice validation, submission tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up with internal teams and vendors.
Ensure billing is aligned with approved budgets, project milestones, and contractual terms.
Work closely with finance, procurement, project managers, and banking stakeholders to maintain accurate records.
Prepare invoicing reports, cost summaries, and management dashboards for governance and review.
Handle large datasets confidently and identify discrepancies, delays, or financial risks in a timely manner.
Prior PMO experience in banking or financial services with strong invoicing knowledge is strongly preferred.
